This was our second real estate deal experience with Stan.  Stan is very professional and well versed in his field.  He is upfront and always has his clients interest in mind.  At no point did we feel pressured during our purchase.  He provided us with analysis on every house and laid out the pro and con’s.  One of the best qualities of Stan is his exceptional negotiation skills.  We would highly recommend Stan for any real estate needs.

My wife and I entered the housing market with a tall order, we wanted to find the perfect house and had a short time-table to do so. Stan had come highly recommended from a co-worker and it was clear from the start that he was the right man for the job.

There are a few things about our experience that stand out in my mind. The first, and most important of which, was Stan’s knowledge base, both about the area and about the houses. Being first time buyers, we knew what we wanted, but not what to look for. The first house we saw that we fell in love with Stan steered us away from. To our eyes it was a beautiful perfect home, but Stan noticed the deal breaking structural damage in the basement, the quickie renovations and all of the problems that we wouldn’t have found until the home inspection, several hundred dollars later.

Another stand out was Stan’s willingness to meet us any time of day. Both my wife and I work full time; her 2 hour daily commute plus another 30 minutes to where we were looking to buy meant that if we both wanted to see a house, it had to be later in the evening. Stan literally met us day or night, on several occasions the three of us were out for a meal or stopped to grab some coffee so that we could keep looking into the evening.

The last point which I want to make is that in Stan’s familiarity with the area, his willingness to work whenever you need him and his industry knowledge are all secondary to Stan himself. Working with Stan was just a joy. On more than one occasion we were able to sit in a house for a while and get a feel for the property and the room. Never once, in what became a 7 month search, did we feel rushed or that Stan was trying to push us through things. What could have been a short and brutal period of trying to find a house actually became a great experience.

Ultimately my wife and I abandoned our rapid time-table and decided on a short-sale property. Again, Stan shined here. He worked with the seller’s agent and the attorneys to get the deal signed in quick order. Even after, while we were waiting for final approval, Stan continued to show us houses and kept tabs on the case for us. When it finally came time to sign Stan was right there, taking pictures and wishing us all the best.

It is hard to imagine how our experience would have been without Stan. Every aspect of our journey was enhanced by his touch.  Stan was able to guide us through the process, educate us on the houses, intuit what we liked and ultimately, he was able to get us into the house we wanted, which in the end is the most important thing.
